The Founders
Cornwall Legal Centre CIC was founded by two local lawyers, Rebecca Harrigan and Rema Ince. We are not a law firm and are therefore not authorised or regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
In 2026, Cornwall Legal Centre CIC made the strategic decision to refocus its services in order to strengthen what we can offer and ensure our work remains effective, ethical, and sustainable.

Our Approach
For many years, Cornwall Legal Centre CIC has been rooted in frontline legal casework. While this work remains deeply important, we are now intentionally refocusing our services towards education and capacity-building.
