Initial Consultation

Up to 45 minutes in person (*you buy the coffee!), by telephone call or by video call. We will take time to listen and narrow down your problems into manageable legal issues.

Payable services
Case Preparation Expert help on work such as organising evidence, preparing statements and understanding procedures. We work alongside you at every stage of your case, so you always know what to expect and feel confident about next steps.

Funded services

Funded services, sometimes called 'Legal Aid'

We work with trusted firms of solicitors and law centres to offer referrals and early legal advice on issues involving housing, debt, welfare benefits and family law. The funding rules are complex, so we will assess your income and try our best to ensure you qualify. Where the funding application is complex, we would ask that you donate £25 to us, to cover our time.

Negotiation We can help negotiate resolution of a disagreement.

Mediation A sensible alternative to legal action, where you maintain control of the outcome to resolve any type of dispute.

Complaints Handling We can review your evidence, draft complaints and deal with appeals.

Form Filling Assistance completing official or government forms accurately and on time. We ensure everything is in order before submission.

Certification of documents Official certification of copies and statements for use in legal, financial or immigration proceedings, recognised and accepted by courts, government bodies and institutions both in the UK and internationally.
